REFUND POLICY    

RETURNS

Reimbursements for returned items will be processed within 5-7 working days upon our receipt, given that the product has already been dispatched to you. Products purchased can only be exchanged for another item or returned with the original receipt, following our terms and conditions. Any size changes or swaps are subject to availability and our confirmation. Once an item has been exchanged, it's considered customized and ineligible for further exchanges. In cases where an exchange isn't feasible due to limited inventory or size availability, store credit may be provided as per our agreement terms. To request returns or exchanges, you have 48 hours after receiving your package. Requests made after this period won't be considered.

REFUNDS

Once an order is processed and goods are delivered, we don’t entertain returns. However, we acknowledge rare incidents related to the nature of our products. Instances that qualify for a refund include: 

A. Non-delivery of merchandise—pre-paid purchases that cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances will be reimbursed.

At fitflair, we prioritize delivering products in excellent condition. Our extensive courier network ensures prompt delivery. Once dispatched, your product will arrive within 5-7 working days based on your region.
